More About Me
Jim started his career as a commercial realtor in Princeton, NJ while providing marketing services for several large builders and property managers, including Garden State Land, Lincoln Properties, and Toll Brothers. Having moved to Bucks County in the early 90s, he continued to work with real estate-oriented clients while managing a design firm/ad agency in Newtown, PA. Pursuing a lifelong interest in real estate and interior design, Jim has renovated over 30 properties, both commercial and residential, on both sides of the Delaware River. Properties include the 14,000 sf Bond Office Building in Newtown, The Bridge Street House Boutique Hotel, and Hibernia Firehouse in Lambertville, and private residences in Watermeade and The Canal House in New Hope. This led to starting Hunterdon Bucks Realty in 2012 where he served as Broker of Record for offices in Lambertville, NJ and Newtown, PA. In 2024, Corcoran Sawyer Smith absorbed the Lambertville office as part of acquiring Weidel Realtors where Jim continues to serve as office Broker.
